Yoga- Good Karma.
You don’t choose Yoga, the practice chooses you.
Fourteen years ago, I took my first steps into the sacred path of Yoga. What began as a personal search soon transformed into a powerful inner journey. Witnessing how deeply the practice reshaped my life, I felt the call to train as a teacher in the birthplace of Yoga: India. I studied with respected teachers at Himalaya Yoga Valley (Goa), Yog Nirvana (Rishikesh), and the Sharath Yoga Centre (Mysore).
In my classes, I integrate traditional Yoga philosophy, therapeutic breathing techniques, and mindful tools designed to reduce stress and ease the effects of modern-day anxiety. My mission goes beyond offering a temporary pause — I want to guide you toward falling in love with the present moment, cultivating inner harmony, and embracing real, lasting transformation.
